why raise her

Why Raise Her?

You don’t need another business-plan bootcamp.

You may already have ideas, ambition and the skills to build something of your own.
What can be harder is trusting yourself enough to start.

Raise Her is designed to help young women build confidence, find their voice, reframe failure and take the first imperfect step towards the future they want.

“If I were 10% braver, what would I do?”

Raise Her is for you if...

You are:

  • 20–22 years old
  • In your 3rd or final year of university
  • Curious about entrepreneurship, even if you don’t have a business idea yet
  • Ready to build confidence and get clearer about what comes next
  • Looking for a supportive community of ambitious young women

The first cohort is intentionally small, with a maximum of 30 participants from Turkey based universities.

The programme

Six weeks. Four workshops. One journey.

Kick-off
Welcome to Raise Her
A live online session to meet the cohort, set intentions and create a supportive space for the weeks ahead.

Session 1: Who Am I Becoming?
Confidence starts with self-awareness.
Explore your strengths, values and the stories you tell yourself about what you can and cannot do.

Session 2: Thinking Like a Founder
Entrepreneurship is a mindset, not a business plan.
Learn to notice problems, think differently, experient and take action without waiting until everything feels perfect.

Session 3:  Finding Your Voice
Confidence isn’t fearless. It’s speaking anyway.
Build confidence in expressing your ideas, having difficult conversations, networking and showing up in the room.

Session 4: Designing Your Next Chapter
Small actions create big futures.
Turn what you have learned into a practical 90-day plan and decide what you are ready to stop waiting for permission to do.

Coaching-led, not lecture-led

This isn’t a programme where you sit through hours of presentations.
Each session is interactive and built around five themes:
- Confidence,
- Self-belief,
- Identity,
- Entrepreneurship,
- Community.

You’ll take part in coaching exercises, small-group conversations, personal reflections and practical challenges you can carry into the following week.

The Raise Her Celebration Lunch

We finish the programme together in person.
The closing lunch is a chance to reflect on your six-week journey, share your 90-day plan, reconnect with the cohort and build relationships with peers and mentors.
You’ll also reopen the letter you wrote to your future self at the very beginning of Raise Her.
