Session 1 – Sales = Relationship & the Art of Persuasion
We start by rethinking what sales really means. Instead of scripts or pushiness, we frame sales as human connection. You’ll explore the difference between persistence, persuasion, and value, reflect on past experiences, and create your own sales language.

Session 2 – The Psychology & Neuroscience of Persuasion (Part 1)
This session uncovers the science behind why people say yes. You’ll learn the six principles of persuasion, discover how the brain makes buying decisions, and practise building a persuasion chain to guide conversations naturally.

Session 3 – The Psychology & Neuroscience of Persuasion (Part 2)
Here we focus on rejection – and how “no” can actually open doors. Through micro role plays, you’ll learn to respond to objections without losing trust and build your own bank of persuasion phrases.
