Peer Mentoring and Support Programme for Women Entrepreneurs & Professionals
We're happy to launch our special 5-month peer mentoring programme, designed for women entrepreneurs & professionals who want to strengthen their journey while inspiring and supporting others. Throughout this program, we’ll create a space for women to share their expertise, support each other and grow together—both professionally and personally.
This unique ecosystem brings together women entrepreneurs at all levels, where everyone has the opportunity to be both a mentor and a mentee. By meeting monthly, we’ll build growth, encouragement and solidarity. Ready to join us on this empowering journey?
What is peer mentoring?
Peer mentoring is a supportive and friendly relationship where someone experienced shares their knowledge and guidance with someone just starting out. It’s a fantastic way to navigate challenges, reflect on decisions and gain fresh perspectives.
How does it work?
Each participant will take part in at least one 1-hour mentoring session per month. During these sessions, mentors and mentees will meet to discuss a specific topic and exchange ideas. If you choose to take on both roles, you can join two sessions each month.
Program goals
Our aim is to create a warm, supportive network for women entrepreneurs and professionals. By sharing knowledge and experiences, participants will not only grow their businesses but also feel more confident and empowered in their personal development journeys.
Program Example
Aysegul owns a food-related business and wants to improve her e-commerce skills. We pair her with Yasemin, an experienced entrepreneur in the e-commerce field. Over five months, Yasemin shares her expertise, answers questions and guides Aysegul on her path.
Yasemin, an experienced e-commerce founder, wants to support others by becoming a mentor. At the same time, she’s looking for clarity in her own journey, especially around setting boundaries and managing her time better. She’s paired with a mentor who guides her through these personal development challenges while she continues helping others as a mentor herself.

Women entrepreneurs and professionals worldwide can share their expertise, whether they own a business, freelance or work in a company.
