On 18 December 2025, the event Women Entrepreneurs Discuss E-Commerce Trends organised in Istanbul through a collaboration between Rise Her Collective and Hepsiburada brought women entrepreneurs together with a strong focus on e-commerce. The event received over 250 registrations. It opened with a welcome speech by Rise Her Collective Founder Sevcan Akbayrak, who shared the vision of the community. This was followed by a presentation from Rise Her Collective Türkiye Lead Busena Çelik Zümbül, who outlined the Türkiye structure and the 2026 action plan. Hepsiburada Sustainability and Social Impact Manager Mana Posacı then shared Hepsiburada’s social impact vision and detailed the Technology Empowerment Programme designed to support women entrepreneurs.
As part of the programme, an entrepreneur panel moderated by Rise Her Collective Türkiye Community Growth Lead Azade Seren Ozaltun Susantez featured Ayça Taş (RawShots), Deniz Akdemir Taşdemir (Lindos Naturals) and Merve Hatipoğlu (Missi Home). The panellists candidly shared their real life experiences in e-commerce, their growth journeys and the key lessons they learned along the way. Later in the event, Mine Silen Karamanoğlu (Senior Manager for the Development of New and Alternative Social Media Channels) delivered practical insights into content creation on TikTok, short form video formats and algorithm dynamics with many examples. Burcu Yurtseven Doğan (Hepsiburada Influencer Marketing Director) followed with an in depth session on influencer marketing strategies, collaboration models and effective brand and creator matching. The event concluded with a networking session where participants connected and explored potential collaboration opportunities.
